The Financial Secretary, Mr Paul Chan, continued his visit programme in Dalian today (June 24), attending events of the Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2026, also known as the Summer Davos, and taking part in a number of Liaoning-Hong Kong exchange activities.
Mr Chan attended the opening ceremony of the Annual Meeting in the morning. Premier Li Qiang of the State Council attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.
