Fatal traffic accident in Tsing Yi
Police received a report at 7.39pm that a man was found lying unconscious on a medium goods vehicle (MGV) on Tsing Yi Road.
Police officers sped to the scene. Sustaining no superficial injury, the 44-year-old man was rushed to Yan Chai Hospital in unconscious state and was certified dead at 8.45pm.
Initial investigation revealed that the man reportedly collapsed while driving the MGV travelling along Tsing Yi Road towards Tsuen Wan earlier. The MGV suspectedly lost control and rammed into a kerb.
