Reporter: What do you make of the two documents, and how would they allow Hong Kong to align as well as further support the nation’s strategic development?
Convenor of ExCo Non-official Members: Hong Kong’s First Five-Year plan is a document that outlines the strategic vision and macro directions for Hong Kong’s future development. The Chief Executive’s Policy Address sets out the measures that will implement this vision in detail. The two documents are closely interlinked. Together, they will help bring Hong Kong’s economy and society forward.
